Ma Magoo's Pizza & Sub Shop: Delight in Handcrafted Pizzas & Subs in Cambridge, MA

First off, the variety here is massive! It took me forever to choose because everything looked so good. I went with the Alfredo Shrimp Spaghetti, but they have it all—chicken, veggie options, pizza, and salads. If you’re a picky eater, you’ll definitely find something you love. Trust me, the food is a 10/10. My pasta came with this amazing side of garlic bread that I honestly couldn't stop eating. The flavors are top-tier and the staff are super helpful, but the vibe of the building is a little strange. It feels a bit like sitting in a garage, which is such a contrast to how gourmet the food tastes! It’s a total hole-in-the-wall where the food is the star of the show.

Big menu, but everyone knows you come here for the chicken finger grinder with honey mustard. Do not order this unless you want to bust a nut while you eat. Wings are also very good. A few counter seats, but don’t expect to eat here if busy. Also a small parking lot, so call ahead. Great food. Great local spot.

Walked in while on a long walk with my husband and he highly recommended the chicken tender grinder with honey mustard. It was ready quickly, and it was delicious. The perfect honey mustard in my opinion, and the chicken tender was 10/10

When I lived close by, this was my go to Friday night take out. The other day, I stopped for a shrimp dinner and geez it is probably better than before. If you've read any of my seafood reviews, you would know that I dont like all coleslaw. In fact, Im kind of a snob about it. Mamagoo's does not give you coleslaw, they give you a salad instead. The salad has always been fresh, even back then. The seafood has always been fresh, I have never questioned that and it also comes with delicious french fries. It so it is worth every dollar spent. I have tried all sorts of food there not just seafood and nothing has ever disappointed. The staff is very friendly and polite. The only problem I see is parking. But it is worth driving around to get in there. It is also very small space so even though there are some tables and chairs, it's tight in there. I recommend you get take out. Whether you call it in or order online, its all good. That way it will be easier to enjoy at home or wherever you are going.

Chicken fingers are crazy good. Chicken finger sub is a really good value.

The food was excellent and the portions are HUGE! Staff was very helpful and friendly. There was even some chairs where we could sit and eat. Parking is a bit tricky, but so worth it. It's a MUST STOP everyone we are nearby.

Passed by here a few times & finally was able to try it out. There’s plenty to choose from & nothing short of that. I got a steak tips with fries, chicken tender strips, steak & cheese & a chicken tender club sandwich. Steak tips were really good flavorful & just right, the club sandwich with the honey mustard sauce was just delicious really good prob one of my favorites. The steak & cheese was ok honestly the bread was nice & toasty but the steak was just ok for me personally. Overall I like the concept really great choices & will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

Nice staff but the Honey Mustard Chicken Finger Sub for the win. In the sub or alone the chicken fingers are absolutely delicious. I'm not a Honey Mustard type of guy either. In fact probably the last dressing I would pick overall but for some reason I can't get enough of it here. So sweet and tangy. Crispy perfectly cooked chicken fingers on a soft bun. The best part is you are not going to break the bank. The small sub is like a large. The large is like 2 smalls. They put so much Chicken on them. The small was enough for 2 people. Got the fries on the side. Fries are golden and Crispy fried up right. I wish I lived close but, I try to hit it every time I'm in town. $23 for a large sub, fries and a can of soda. That's a decent price now a days. Thanks and looking forward to returning.
